The reviewers of the wider literature suggest the food matrix may explain it.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>How Are Cashew Nuts Used?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In Indian cooking they are used whole, roasted or ground.
