A 2025 meta-analysis in Food Science and Nutrition<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC12221997\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> combined 10 randomised controlled trials covering 2,354 participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It found LDL cholesterol lower by 3.75 mg\/dl and systolic blood pressure lower by 1.15 mmHg.
