CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION is not recommended for people suffering from active major bleeding or a history of hypersensitivity to CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION, heparin, Benzyl alcohol, or pork products. This drug is also not advised for people with a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia in the past hundred days.

When taking CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION injection, it's important to avoid certain medications, supplements, and activities that may increase the risk of bleeding or interact with the anticoagulant effects of CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION such as other anticoagulants, Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs and antiplatelets.

Common side effects of CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION may include bleeding or bruising at the injection site, nosebleeds, nausea, headache, and itching. Serious side effects such as severe bleeding or allergic reactions are rare but may occur.

The duration of CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION treatment depends on the underlying condition being treated, the risk of clotting, and individual patient factors. Treatment may be short-term (e.g., during hospitalization or surgical procedures) or long-term for chronic conditions such as DVT or PE.

Contact your physician directly if you experience severe allergic reactions like the spelling of lips, tongue, throat, difficulty breathing or swallowing, unexplained swelling, painful Rash, chest pain, or blood in the cough during the treatment with CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION.

CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION should be stored at room temperature (between 68°F to 77°F or 20°C to 25°C) away from light and moisture. It should be kept out of the reach of children and not be frozen. Unused portions of CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION solution should be discarded according to the manufacturer's instructions.

There are no known interactions of CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML INJECTION with other drugs.

CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML Injection can cause bleeding and many undesirable side effects; hence it is advised to get adequate rest during the treatment. Eat a well-balanced diet.Apply a cool compress at the injection site to reduce pain and irritation. CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML Injection should not be stopped suddenly without first talking to your doctor because doing so may raise your risk of blood clots. Aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs) may raise the risk of bleeding when combined with CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML Injection, so it is not recommended to take them without first talking to your doctor. Keep away from activities that put you at higher risk of bleeding or getting hurt, like contact sports and activities.Foods high in vitamin K may have an impact on blood clotting and may interfere with the way anticoagulant drugs like CUTENOX-G 60MG/0.6ML Injection, it is recommended to eat the  leafy green vegetables, asparagus, Brussels sprouts and soybean oil  in moderation. It is advised to monitor your platelets count regularly.
