About ENCICARB 750 INJECTION

ENCICARB 750 INJECTION contains the active ingredient Ferric Carboxymaltose. It belongs to a group of medicines called iron replacement products. This medicine is used to treat iron-deficiency anemia. This happens when your body doesn't have enough iron, leading to a lower count of red blood cells.
ENCICARB 750 INJECTION is given to adults and children who cannot take iron pills by mouth or when oral iron treatments haven't worked well enough. It is also used for adults with long-term kidney problems (chronic kidney disease) who are not on dialysis but have iron deficiency anemia. This medicine is not suitable for children less than one year old.
Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to Ferric Carboxymaltose or any of the other ingredients in ENCICARB 750 INJECTION. Avoid this injection if your anemia is not caused by iron deficiency, if you have too much iron stored in your body (iron overload), or if your body has difficulty using iron properly.
