Jardiance MET 12.5/500MG Tablet contains two active ingredients: Empagliflozin and metformin. Empagliflozin is an anti-diabetic agent, whereas metformin decreases blood sugar and improves insulin function. Jardiance MET 12.5/500MG Tablet improve blood sugar management in persons with type 2 diabetes mellitus
What should I do if I forget to take a dose?
Take a missing dosage as soon as you remember. If your next dose is approaching, skip the missing dose and resume your regular schedule. Take no more than two doses at the same time.
