About MODULA TABLET 10'S

MODULA TABLET 10'S is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. MODULA TABLET 10'S helps increase blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, enabling men to achieve and maintain an erection. It is also approved for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). MODULA TABLET 10'S is available in tablet form and is commonly sold under the brand name Cialis.

How MODULA TABLET 10'S Works

MODULA TABLET 10'S works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5), which promotes the relaxation of smooth muscles and increases blood flow to the penis, resulting in an erection during sexual stimulation.
MODULA TABLET 10'S, the active ingredient in MODULA TABLET 10'S, is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). In the presence of sexual stimulation, nitric oxide (NO) is released from the nerve endings in the erectile tissue of the penis. This triggers the synthesis of cGMP, which leads to the relaxation of smooth muscles and increased blood flow in the penile arteries. However, the enzyme PDE5 breaks down cGMP, resulting in a decrease in blood flow and loss of erection. MODULA TABLET 10'S inhibits PDE5, preventing the breakdown of cGMP, thereby allowing the cGMP levels to remain elevated. This sustained increase in cGMP levels promotes smooth muscle relaxation, vasodilation, and increased blood flow to the penis, facilitating the achievement and maintenance of an erection.
