Composition
Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines, but not everyone experiences them. Common side effects include headache, fever, pain, high blood pressure and cholesterol levels, constipation, diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea, rash, infrequent, absent, or heavy periods, rapid heart rate, high blood sugar, joint pain, acne, and swelling of the body including feet and hands.
Pregnancy
UNSAFEROCAS TABLET 6'S may harm your unborn baby. You need to inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant before taking this medicine. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least twelve months after the last dose.
ROCAS TABLET 6'S can decrease sperm count, which returns to the normal state after the treatment. For more fertility concerns, talk with your doctor.
ROCAS TABLET 6'S can damage the kidney with or without rashes (haemolytic uraemic syndrome). Talk with your doctor before starting this medicine.
If you are intolerant to some sugar like lactose and sucrose, inform your doctor before the treatment. And, ROCAS TABLET 6'S shouldn’t be taken with grapefruit or its juice.
Blood sugar levels may be affected by ROCAS TABLET 6'S. So, regularly check your blood sugar levels, and notify your doctor of any sudden changes.
Inform your doctor if you have any history of lung or liver transplantation and hypersensitivity because ROCAS TABLET 6'S is not recommended in such cases.
There are no known significant interactions of ROCAS TABLET 6'S with other drugs. However, it is important to inform your doctor about all medications to avoid potential risks.

Avoid live vaccines during the treatment with ROCAS TABLET 6'S. Notify your doctor immediately if you took any. Use effective birth control during the treatment for at least twelve months, even after the last dose. This medicine can increase the risk of skin cancer, so use sunscreen protection.
Sirolimus is an immunosuppressant used in ROCAS TABLET 6'S to prevent the body from rejecting transplants and to treat certain cancers.
In Oncology, ROCAS TABLET 6'S is used to slow down or stop the growth of certain types of cancers.
In Nephrology, ROCAS TABLET 6'S is used to prevent organ rejection in kidney transplant recipients.
