UNSAFEInform your physician before starting your treatment with BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION in case, if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy as this medicine may cause harm to the unborn baby and interrupt the formation of blood vessels.
BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION is a recombinant monoclonal antibody that belongs to the immunotherapy class of cancer treatment. It can either be used as monotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy or immunotherapy medications to improve the overall survival rate.
While for women with reproductive potential subjected to BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION, it is advised to discuss with your doctor regarding the effective birth control methods during the treatment. Also to be continued for a minimum of 6 months after the treatment course completion as this medicine may impair fertility.
BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION is associated with increased risk of bleeding complications and poor wound healing. Hence it is suggested to avoid planning for surgery and maintain an interval of 28days before or after surgery.
All the side effects that are relatively caused by BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION occur until the drug concentration stays in the body. It is found that this medicine will be contained in our body for almost 4 months after the final dose.
BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION is given intravenously through infusion and the amount of drug will be measured based on the patient’s body weight, height and age. The first dose will be administered for 90 minutes and if well tolerated the infusion time can be reduced to 30 minutes.
Inform your physician before starting your treatment with BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION in case, if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy as this medicine may cause harm to the unborn baby and interrupt the formation of blood vessels.
There are no known negative interactions of BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION with other drugs.
It is vital to inform your physician before taking BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION if you have the following conditions: * Have conditions involving inflammation in the stomach (ulcer, colitis). * Experience allergic reactions to BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION or its ingredients. * Have recently undergone surgery as it is associated with the risk of bleeding. * Have diabetes, hypertension, or heart problems.
Bevacizumab is a molecule used for making BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION. It is a monoclonal antibody that helps target and disrupt blood vessel growth in cancer cells.
BEVACIZAB 100MG/4ML INJECTION is used to treat various types of cancers, including colorectal cancer, lung cancer, kidney cancer, brain cancer (glioblastoma), and ovarian cancer.
