FEMARA 2.5MG TABLET 10'S is an anti-estrogen medication. It reduces estrogen levels in your body by inhibiting the enzyme aromatase, which is responsible for estrogen production. Estrogen stimulates the growth of certain types of breast cancer in your body. Reduced estrogen production may prevent cancer from spreading.
