Less common but potentially serious side effects include serotonin syndrome (symptoms may include agitation, hallucinations, rapid heartbeat, fever, sweating, muscle stiffness, twitching, loss of coordination, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea), changes in heart rhythm (QT prolongation), seizures, low sodium levels in the blood (hyponatremia), abnormal bleeding or bruising, angle-closure glaucoma, and allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, or trouble breathing). In rare cases, suicidal thoughts or behaviors may occur, especially at the beginning of treatment or when the dosage is changed. This is not an exhaustive list, and other side effects may occur.
