Common side effects of ACITROM 3.5 Tablet may include: Increased risk of bleeding, easy bruising, nosebleeds, heavy menstrual periods, blood in urine or stool, red or black stools, headache, dizziness, weakness. Less common but serious side effects include: Severe bleeding (internal bleeding), allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling), skin necrosis (skin damage due to blood clots), liver problems (jaundice, dark urine, abdominal pain), purple toes syndrome. This is not an exhaustive list, and other side effects may occur. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any unusual or severe symptoms.

Acitrom 3.5 Tablet works by reducing the production of Vitamin K, which is essential for blood clot formation.
The dosage of Acitrom 3.5 Tablet varies depending on individual needs and INR (International Normalized Ratio) levels. Your doctor will determine the correct dosage based on your condition.
Common side effects of Acitrom 3.5 Tablet include bleeding (e.g., nosebleeds, bleeding gums, easy bruising), nausea, and vomiting.
Acitrom 3.5 Tablet can be taken with or without food, but it's important to take it at the same time each day.
If you miss a dose of Acitrom 3.5 Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.
