AF Kit Tablet may cause several side effects, although not everyone experiences them. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and indigestion. Some individuals may experience headaches, dizziness, or a metallic taste in the mouth. Less common side effects can include skin rashes, itching, and allergic reactions. In rare cases, more severe side effects such as liver problems or changes in heart rhythm may occur. It's important to consult your doctor if you experience any persistent or severe side effects while taking AF Kit Tablet.

General Partner Use
Use only under prescriptionHusband and wife should use AF Kit together only when a qualified healthcare professional has diagnosed an infection and recommended partner treatment.
AF Kit Tablet 4'S is a combination medicine used to treat fungal infections. It typically contains Fluconazole, Azithromycin, and Secnidazole.
It is used to treat vaginal yeast infections, skin infections, and other fungal infections.
It works by inhibiting the growth of fungi. Fluconazole inhibits the formation of fungal cell membranes, while Azithromycin and Secnidazole target other microorganisms that may contribute to the infection.
Common side effects may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and headache.
It is important to consult a doctor before using AF Kit Tablet 4'S during pregnancy, as it may harm the unborn baby.
It is important to consult a doctor before using AF Kit Tablet 4'S during breastfeeding, as it may pass into breast milk and harm the baby.
Store AF Kit Tablet 4'S at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
AF Kit Tablet 4'S can interact with certain other medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all the medications you are taking, including vitamins and herbal supplements.
Symptoms of an overdose of AF Kit Tablet 4'S may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dizziness, and seizures.
If you miss a dose of AF Kit Tablet 4'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double dose.
Drinking alcohol with AF Kit Tablet 4'S should be avoided, as it may increase the risk of side effects.
Some people may experience fatigue after taking AF Kit Tablet 4'S. Talk to your doctor if you experience fatigue.
The amount of time it takes to see results from AF Kit Tablet 4'S depends on the type and severity of the infection. Some people may start to see improvement in a few days, while others may take a few weeks.
No, AF Kit Tablet 4'S is only available with a doctor's prescription.
If your symptoms worsen after taking AF Kit Tablet 4'S, contact your doctor.
Husband and wife may sometimes be advised to take AF Kit or similar combination therapy together when a doctor confirms a sexually transmitted or genital infection that can pass between partners. This is called partner treatment and helps prevent reinfection. However, both partners must be evaluated by a healthcare professional first. Do not start AF Kit on your own or share leftover tablets, because the cause of symptoms may be different, and the medicine may not be appropriate or safe for everyone.
Some components commonly found in AF Kit‑type combinations can affect liver function, especially in people who already have liver disease or who drink alcohol regularly. Mild, temporary increases in liver enzymes can occur, and in rare cases more serious liver injury is possible. If you have a history of hepatitis, fatty liver, cirrhosis, or any chronic liver condition, you must inform your doctor before taking AF Kit. Your doctor may adjust the regimen, choose a different medicine, or monitor your liver tests if needed. Stop the medicine and seek urgent care if you develop yellowing of the eyes or skin, dark urine, severe fatigue, or persistent nausea.
Kidney function can influence how certain antibiotics and antifungal medicines are cleared from the body. In mild kidney impairment, standard doses may still be acceptable, but in moderate to severe kidney disease, dose adjustments or alternative medicines may be required. Because AF Kit products differ in composition, only a doctor who knows your kidney function tests can decide whether it is safe for you. If you are on dialysis, have a history of kidney failure, or reduced urine output, never take AF Kit without explicit medical advice.
Use of AF Kit during pregnancy depends on the exact medicines and the stage of pregnancy. Some components, such as certain azole antifungals or nitroimidazoles at specific doses or timings, may not be recommended in early pregnancy or may require careful risk–benefit assessment. Self‑medication in pregnancy is unsafe. If a pregnant woman has vaginal discharge, itching, or suspected sexually transmitted infection, she should see a gynecologist or obstetrician. The doctor will choose pregnancy‑safe options and will decide whether partner treatment is needed. Do not take AF Kit in pregnancy unless it has been clearly prescribed for you by a specialist.
Some antibiotics and antifungals that may be present in AF Kit can pass into breast milk in varying amounts. In many cases, short‑course therapy may be compatible with breastfeeding, but sometimes temporary interruption of breastfeeding or use of alternative medicines is advised, depending on the drug and the age and health of the baby. Because AF Kit formulations differ, a breastfeeding mother should not take it without consulting her doctor or pediatrician. They will weigh the benefits and potential risks to the infant and may suggest timing feeds or expressing and discarding milk around certain doses if necessary.
Some ingredients commonly used in AF Kit‑type regimens can cause dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, or a feeling of unsteadiness in some people. If you experience any of these effects after taking the medicine, you should avoid driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing tasks that require full alertness. Until you know how the medicine affects you, it is safer to be cautious. If severe dizziness, confusion, or visual disturbances occur, seek medical advice promptly.
Alcohol should generally be avoided while taking AF Kit and for a period after completing the course, depending on the specific components. Certain medicines often included in such kits, particularly nitroimidazoles like secnidazole or metronidazole, can interact with alcohol and cause flushing, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, headache, and palpitations, sometimes called a disulfiram‑like reaction. Alcohol can also increase the risk of liver side effects. For safety, do not consume alcoholic drinks or alcohol‑containing products during treatment and for at least a few days after the last dose, as advised by your doctor.
If you have a history of allergy or severe reaction to any antibiotic, antifungal, or similar medicine, you must tell your doctor before taking AF Kit. The kit may contain drugs from classes such as macrolides, azoles, or nitroimidazoles. Allergic reactions can range from mild rash and itching to serious conditions like swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing, or severe skin reactions. Never take AF Kit if you know you are allergic to any of its ingredients. If you develop rash, hives, swelling, or breathing difficulty after taking a dose, stop the medicine immediately and seek emergency medical care.
AF Kit is not designed to be a routine pill taken before or after intercourse as a preventive measure. It is a targeted treatment for specific diagnosed infections and should only be used when prescribed. Using it repeatedly without medical indication can lead to antibiotic resistance, disruption of normal vaginal or gut flora, and unnecessary side effects. To reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections, consistent condom use, limiting the number of sexual partners, and regular medical check‑ups are more appropriate strategies. If you are worried about exposure to an infection, consult a doctor instead of self‑medicating with AF Kit.
If a doctor prescribes AF Kit for both husband and wife, they will provide clear instructions on how and when to take each component of the kit, how many days to use it, and whether to abstain from sexual intercourse during treatment. Because different brands and countries use different strengths and schedules, you must follow the exact directions on your prescription or package insert. Do not change the timing, split tablets, or repeat the course without medical advice. If either partner misses a dose or vomits soon after taking it, contact the prescribing doctor for guidance rather than guessing or doubling doses.
