About AFANAT 30 TABLET 28'S

AFANAT 30 TABLET 28'S is a medicine used to treat certain types of lung cancer, specifically non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Its active ingredient is Afatinib dimaleate. It is prescribed for patients whose tumors have specific abnormal genes called EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) that are not resistant to this type of treatment. It is also used for advanced squamous NSCLC that has continued to grow or spread after treatment with platinum-based chemotherapy.
Cancer happens when cells in the body grow and divide abnormally and uncontrollably. AFANAT 30 TABLET 28'S works by blocking signals that help these cancer cells grow. Before taking this medicine, it's important to tell your doctor about any other health conditions you have, such as kidney, liver, or heart problems, breathing difficulties, problems with your vision (including severe dry eye), or intolerance to certain sugars.
Using AFANAT 30 TABLET 28'S can help slow down the cancer's progression and may extend life expectancy. Many patients also experience an improvement in their quality of life; this can mean feeling better overall, having less pain, being able to do more physically, and experiencing better emotional well-being for a longer time.
