How AMYCORDIAL SYRUP 200 ML Works

• Ashoka is traditionally valued for its effect on the uterine muscle, helping to regularise uterine contractions and support a more normal menstrual flow. Lodhra is traditionally used for its astringent action, thought to help manage leucorrhoea by toning vaginal tissue.
• Dashmool, a combination of ten roots, is traditionally used for its anti-inflammatory and mild analgesic action, helping ease the discomfort of menstrual cramps. Shatavari is a traditional adaptogen thought to support hormonal balance, and aloe vera is included for its soothing action on irritated tissue. Together, these herbs are intended to support the body's own hormonal and uterine function, rather than acting as a specific drug against one target.

Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea and loss of appetite are the most commonly reported effects. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or hives. Dizziness and headache have also been reported.

• If you miss a dose of Amycordial Syrup, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the bottle in its original pack, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Shake the bottle well before each use and measure the dose with the cup provided
• Take after meals to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Use consistently, since any benefit for cycle regularity builds gradually over more than one cycle
• Do not use as a substitute for a gynaecologist's evaluation of a diagnosed condition
• Seek prompt medical advice for severe pain, unusually heavy bleeding, or symptoms that persist
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, and discuss suitability before use while breastfeeding

• Amycordial is generally taken after meals to reduce the chance of stomach upset. There is no other specific food interaction established for this product.
