• Camylofin relaxes smooth muscle through anticholinergic and direct smooth-muscle effects. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever through central mechanisms. Relief of cramps or pain does not identify the underlying cause and should not delay investigation when symptoms are severe or persistent.

Possible effects include dry mouth, blurred vision, dizziness, constipation, nausea, fast heartbeat, flushing or difficulty passing urine.
