How ANDRE I KUL NF EYE DROPS 10 ML Works

• Phenylephrine is a sympathomimetic (decongestant) that constricts the small, dilated blood vessels on the surface of the eye, which reduces redness.
• Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that blocks histamine, the chemical released during allergic reactions, easing itching, watering and irritation. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose) is a lubricant that forms a moist, protective film over the eye to relieve dryness; boric acid gives a mild cleansing and buffering action, and benzalkonium chloride acts as a preservative.

Temporary stinging or burning on instillation, brief blurred vision after use, and eye redness or irritation are the most commonly reported effects. Widened pupils, sensitivity to light and mild drowsiness have also been reported. Eye pain, marked or worsening redness, or a change in vision need prompt medical attention, since these are not expected effects of a decongestant-antihistamine-lubricant combination and may need assessment.

• If you miss a dose of Andre I Kul NF Eye Drops 10 ml, use it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Store the bottle in its original pack, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Wash hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any surface
• Remove soft contact lenses before use and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them
• Vision may blur briefly after use; wait until it clears before driving or operating machinery
• Discard the bottle after the treatment period, even if some liquid remains
• See a doctor if redness, itching or irritation lasts more than a couple of days or worsens
