• Beta-carotene is a plant carotenoid and vitamin A precursor. Copper, manganese and zinc act as cofactors for enzymes, while selenium is part of selenoproteins involved in antioxidant reactions. The body regulates these nutrients through absorption, storage and excretion. The capsule supplies nutrients; it does not directly remove toxins or reverse tissue damage.
