How ARISTOZYME GOLD TABLET 10'S Works

• Alpha amylase breaks down starch into simpler sugars, while protease breaks down dietary protein into smaller peptides and amino acids. Lipase breaks down dietary fat into fatty acids and glycerol so it can be absorbed.
• Alpha galactosidase, cellulase and hemicellulase target complex plant carbohydrates and fibre that the body's own digestive enzymes do not fully break down, which can otherwise contribute to gas and bloating. Phytase helps break down phytic acid, a compound found in grains and legumes that can bind minerals and interfere with their absorption.

Nausea, stomach upset or pain, and loose stools are the most commonly reported effects. Constipation and loss of appetite have also been reported. An allergic reaction is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or swelling. Persistent or worsening digestive symptoms should be assessed by a doctor.

• If you miss a dose of Aristozyme Gold Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the tablet after meals, swallowed whole with water
• Use for short-term or occasional relief of indigestion, not as a long-term routine
• Maintain a balanced diet and stay well hydrated alongside its use
• Seek medical advice if digestive symptoms persist for more than about a week
• Tell the doctor about liver or kidney conditions before starting
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

• Aristozyme Gold is generally taken after meals so the enzymes can act on the food just eaten. There is no other specific food restriction while taking this supplement.
