Common side effects of Arsenam 10 Injection may include: Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal pain, Diarrhea, Fatigue, Weakness, Headache, Dizziness, Loss of appetite, Metallic taste in the mouth, Skin rash, Itching, Hair loss, Nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) causing numbness, tingling, or pain in the hands and feet, Muscle pain, Joint pain, Fever, Chills, Cough, Shortness of breath, Low blood cell counts (anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia) increasing the risk of infection and bleeding, Abnormal liver function tests, Kidney problems, Changes in heart rhythm (QT prolongation). Less common but serious side effects include: Severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), Tumor lysis syndrome (release of intracellular components into the bloodstream), Arsenic encephalopathy (brain damage), Cardiac toxicity (heart damage), Severe skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis).
