Pregnancy
UNSAFEBDPAZO 400 TABLET 30'S is unsafe to administer in pregnant women because it may affect the fetus. Inform your physician if you are pregnant, suspect pregnancy, or planning to become pregnant. Using an effective birth control method during the treatment and for at least 2 weeks after your last dose is necessary.
If you forgot to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, skip the missed dose if it is nearly time for the next dose. Do not take a double dose to make up the forgotten dose.
Yes, long-term use of BDPAZO 400 TABLET 30'S may induce liver toxicity or severe liver failure. Inform your physician if you have any liver disorders before starting treatment with this medicine. Your doctor may advise you to take certain blood tests to check your liver function periodically.
Hair color change is a common side effect of BDPAZO 400 TABLET 30'S therapy which usually develops gradually during a few months of therapy. Consult your doctor for more advice.
BDPAZO 400 TABLET 30'S can reduce the number of red blood cells, which transport oxygen throughout the body. A low number of red blood cells is called anemia. This may make you feel tired and short of breath. Tell your doctor or nurse if you have these symptoms.
BDPAZO 400 TABLET 30'S is used to treat certain types of cancer (kidney, soft tissue sarcoma). It decreases the blood supply to the cancer tumor to slow tumor growth.
There are no known interactions of BDPAZO 400 TABLET 30'S with other drugs.
Do not drink grapefruit juice during the treatment with this medicine, as this may increase the chance of side effects. Male patients with female partners with reproductive potential should use effective contraception during the treatment and at least 2 weeks after the last dose to prevent pregnancy. Take the tablet at about the same time each day. Your doctor will regularly do lab tests to check whether the medicine works for you.
