How BIO D3 JOINTS CAPSULE 10'S Works

• Vitamin D3 helps the gut absorb calcium from food and supplements, and calcium citrate provides a readily absorbed source of calcium. Together, they support normal bone mineral density. Vitamin C, magnesium, zinc, manganese and copper are involved in the formation and maintenance of bone and connective tissue.
• Boswellia serrata and Curcuma longa extracts have been studied for their effect on inflammation in and around the joints. Clinical studies of this combination have reported reduced joint pain and stiffness over several months of regular use, though the extent of benefit varies between individuals.

This combination is generally well tolerated. Mild stomach discomfort, nausea or constipation can occur, particularly if taken on an empty stomach. Taking more than the prescribed amount over a long period can raise blood calcium levels, which may cause symptoms such as nausea, weakness or confusion, and needs medical assessment. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs.

• Store the capsules in their original pack, out of the reach of children and pets. Keep them at room temperature as stated on the current Macleods pack. Do not use the capsules after the expiry date printed on the pack.
