How BRIQ CAPSULE 10'S Works

• Acetyl-L-carnitine supports energy production within nerve cells and is thought to support the formation of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger involved in memory. Phosphatidylserine is a component of nerve cell membranes and is thought to support the structure and communication of brain cells.
• Ginkgo biloba and vinpocetine are traditionally used to support blood flow to the brain, huperzine A is a plant-derived compound thought to support levels of acetylcholine, and alpha lipoic acid and N-acetylcysteine are antioxidants that help protect nerve cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B12 supports normal nerve function.

Nausea, stomach upset, headache and dizziness are the most commonly reported effects. A change in appetite or dry mouth has also been reported. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or swelling.

• If you miss a dose of BRIQ Capsule, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

• Store the capsules in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the capsules after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the capsule with a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Use consistently, since any benefit for memory and concentration builds gradually
• Tell the doctor about any blood-thinning medicine or bleeding disorder before starting
• Mention any history of seizures before starting, given the huperzine A and vinpocetine content
• Seek medical evaluation for progressive memory loss, confusion or a marked change in daily functioning
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

• Briq is generally taken with a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset. There is no other specific food interaction established for this supplement.
