- CASPOEVA 70MG INJECTION is a medication used to treat serious fungal infections. It contains the active ingredient Caspofungin Acetate, which belongs to a group of medicines called echinocandins. These medicines work by attacking the cell walls of the fungus, preventing them from growing and spreading. CASPOEVA 70MG INJECTION is specifically used for treating infections caused by Candida fungi, including bloodstream infections (candidemia), infections in the food pipe (esophageal candidiasis), and other types of Candida infections.
