No, because cataspa tablets work on stomach or bowel muscles instead of back muscles, they shouldn't be used to treat back pain brought on by back spasms.
A possible negative effect of using Cataspa tablets is constipation. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, and exercise frequently to avoid constipation.
The dosage and duration of Cataspa pill administration should be followed by your doctor's instructions. If your symptoms don't go away after taking the prescribed course of medication, see your doctor. A prolonged usage of the cataspa tablet is not advised.
