CELRIXAFOR 24MG/1.2ML INJECTION is not recommended for patients who have had an allergic reaction to CELRIXAFOR 24MG/1.2ML INJECTION or any of its ingredients. It is also not advised for patients with certain medical conditions, such as severe kidney problems or low white blood cell counts.
Studies have shown that CELRIXAFOR 24MG/1.2ML INJECTION, in combination with G-CSF, is highly effective in mobilizing stem cells from the bone marrow into the bloodstream.

CELRIXAFOR 24MG/1.2ML INJECTION injection is given as a subcutaneous injection (injected under the skin), typically in the stomach or thigh.
The liver metabolizes Plerixafor, and alcohol can also affect liver function. Therefore, consuming alcohol while taking Plerixafor can impact its effectiveness and increase the risk of liver damage. Also, alcohol can increase the risk of certain side effects associated with this medicine, such as dizziness, drowsiness, and lightheadedness.
There are no known interactions of CELRIXAFOR 24MG/1.2ML INJECTION with other drugs.
You need to tell your doctor if you have any kidney disorders before taking CELRIXAFOR 24MG/1.2ML INJECTION. Your physician may decide to adjust the dose or delay treating you depending on your kidney function. Please consult your doctor before starting this injection, and getting suggestions about fertility concerns from your doctor is recommended. Your doctor may take regular blood tests to monitor your liver function and blood cell count.
