Side effects are unwanted symptoms caused by medicines. Even though all drugs cause side effects, not everyone gets them.

UNSAFEDo not take CHAMPIX 1MG TABLET 28'S if you are pregnant because this may harm the unborn baby. Inform your physician if you are pregnant, suspecting, or planning to get pregnant during the treatment.
Inform your physician about all your medical and medication history, including over-the-counter medicines and nutritional or vitamin supplements you are taking. Especially, inform if you are taking insulin, theophylline, and blood thinning medication (warfarin).
Generally, the medicine should be taken for 12 weeks. The duration of your treatment depends on the successful cessation of smoking. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration of your treatment.
Elderly patients are more likely to have decreased renal function, care should be given because dose adjustments are necessary for patients with renal failure. Inform your physician if you have any kidney diseases before initiating the treatment.
If you overdose on the medicine unintentionally or accidentally, seek medical advice immediately. Do not overdose on the medicine.
It is best if you take the medicine immediately after food. Take the tablets with a glass full of water to minimize potential side effects like nausea from the medicine.
This medicine may cause an increased risk of heart attack or heart disease, depression, mental disorders, abnormal behavior, and suicidal ideation. Inform your doctor right away if you face any of these symptoms.
Certain medications may interact & cause undesirable side effects. Please inform your doctor about any prescribed medication, OTC, herbal, ayurvedic products or supplements you have been taking.
This medicine should be administered cautiously in patients with kidney diseases. Dose adjustments are necessary. Inform your physician if you have kidney problems. This medicine may cause an increased risk of heart attack or stroke, serious skin reactions, and sleepwalking. Inform your physician immediately if you face any of these symptoms. Your doctor will check your progress and the effects of this medicine at regular visits. Keep all appointments.
