How CONCEVA M TABLET 10'S Works

• Coenzyme Q10, alpha lipoic acid and lycopene are antioxidants that help protect sperm cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals, a factor that can affect sperm quality. Zinc and selenium are trace minerals involved in normal sperm development and function.
• Benfotiamine is a fat-soluble form of vitamin B1 that is more readily absorbed than standard thiamine, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) supports nerve function and red blood cell formation, and vitamin B6, folic acid and vitamin D3 support general metabolic and reproductive health. Piperine is included to help improve the absorption of some of the other ingredients.

Nausea, stomach upset, diarrhoea and constipation are the most commonly reported effects. Headache and dizziness have also been reported. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or swelling.

• If you miss a dose of Conceva M Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the tablet with a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Use consistently for at least two to three months, since sperm parameters change gradually
• Maintain a balanced diet, regular exercise and a healthy weight alongside this supplement
• Avoid smoking and limit alcohol, since both can affect sperm quality
• Tell the doctor about diabetes medicines before starting, given the alpha lipoic acid content
• Continue with the doctor's fertility evaluation and treatment plan rather than relying on this supplement alone

• Conceva M is generally taken with a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset. There is no other specific food interaction established for this supplement.
