How CRANPRO TABLET 10'S Works

• Cranberry extract contains proanthocyanidins that are believed to interfere with the fimbriae, or hair-like structures, that E. coli bacteria use to attach to the lining of the urinary tract. By discouraging this attachment, bacteria are more easily cleared from the body during urination.
• D-mannose works in a related way, coating the urinary tract lining so that E. coli bacteria find it harder to attach, which similarly supports their clearance. Hibiscus extract has antimicrobial and organic-acid components that may help inhibit bacterial growth and mildly acidify the urine, and it is traditionally used to support urinary comfort. Together, these ingredients are intended to make the urinary tract a less favourable environment for bacteria to take hold.

Mild stomach upset, nausea and diarrhoea are the most commonly reported effects with cranberry-containing supplements. An allergic reaction, including rash, itching or swelling, is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if breathing difficulty or facial swelling occurs.

• If you miss a dose of Cranpro Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Drink plenty of water through the day to support the supplement's intended effect
• Take consistently to give the greatest chance of reducing how often UTIs recur
• This supplement does not treat an active infection; symptoms such as burning on urination or fever need medical assessment
• Practise good hygiene, including wiping front to back, to further reduce UTI risk
• Tell a doctor about blood thinners or a history of oxalate kidney stones before regular use

• Cranpro can generally be taken with or without food. Taking it with food may help if it causes stomach upset when taken on an empty stomach.
