About CUROSURF 120MG INJECTION

CUROSURF 120MG INJECTION contains Poractant alfa. It's a medicine for tiny babies born too early (premature infants) who have trouble breathing. This breathing problem is called Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS). It works like a natural substance in the lungs called surfactant.
CUROSURF 120MG INJECTION is very important and can save lives. It helps premature babies with RDS breathe better. Studies show it can lower the chance of death, reduce the need for machines to help breathing (mechanical ventilation), and shorten the time babies need to stay in the hospital. It can also be helpful for babies who might develop a long-term lung problem called bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD).
