How CYSTONE TABLET 60'S Works

• Shilapushpa and Pashanabheda are traditionally described as litholytic, meaning they are thought to weaken the mucin matrix that binds a urinary stone together, supporting its gradual breakdown into smaller fragments that can pass more easily.
• Apamarga, Sahadevi and Nagarmotha have a traditional diuretic and anti-inflammatory action, increasing urine output and soothing the urinary tract lining, which helps flush small stone fragments and crystals and reduces discomfort. Shilajeet and Hajrul Yahood Bhasma are traditionally included for general urinary tract support.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal discomfort are the most commonly reported effects. Since the tablet has a diuretic action, an increase in urination frequency can also occur. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or hives. Persistent or severe abdominal or flank pain, fever, or blood in the urine should be assessed by a doctor rather than managed with this tablet alone, since these can be signs of a stone causing obstruction or a urinary infection needing specific treatment.

• If you miss a dose of Cystone, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Take the tablet with meals to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support the tablet's action
• Use consistently, since benefit can take some weeks to appear
• Seek prompt medical attention for severe pain, fever, or blood in the urine
• Tell the doctor about kidney disease before starting
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

• Cystone can be taken with or without food, though taking it with a meal can reduce the chance of stomach upset. A diet lower in oxalate-rich foods, such as spinach and nuts, alongside adequate fluid intake, supports the tablet's intended purpose.
