- Deriphyllin 150 RTD Tablet is a combination medication intended to prevent and treat wheezing and chest tightness caused by lung disorders such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and others. It aids in relaxing the muscles of the airways, making breathing easier.,Deriphyllin 150 RTD Tablet is taken without food in the prescribed dose and time. Your dose will be determined by your illness and how you respond to the medication. You should continue to take this medication for as long as your doctor suggests.,Nausea, vomiting, headache, stomach discomfort, and restlessness are the most prevalent side effects. The majorities of these are transitory and usually go away with time.
