Inform your healthcare provider about any symptoms occurring within 48 hours after the treatment with DEXEM INJECTION 1 ML injection, such as nervousness, agitation, headaches (associated with infusions lasting over 6 hours), weakness, confusion, excessive sweating, weight loss, abdominal pain, salt cravings, diarrhea, constipation, dizziness, or light-headedness promptly.
