How DOMYLIN MD TABLET 10'S Works

• Vitamin D3 supports the absorption of calcium from the gut and helps maintain normal bone mineralisation. Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12) and folic acid are both needed for red blood cell formation and for DNA synthesis in rapidly dividing cells, and a deficiency of either can lead to a type of anaemia.
• Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) is involved in amino acid metabolism and the synthesis of neurotransmitters, supporting normal nerve function. Together, these nutrients are intended to correct or prevent deficiency of the specific vitamins they contain, not to treat an unrelated condition.

Nausea, stomach upset and a change in appetite are the most commonly reported effects. Headache and a metallic taste have also been reported. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or swelling.

• If you miss a dose of Domylin MD Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Take with a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Avoid combining with other vitamin D or B-complex supplements without checking the total daily amount
• Tell the doctor about kidney disease before starting
• Have vitamin B12 status checked periodically, particularly with long-term use
• Seek medical advice for any allergic reaction or persistent gastrointestinal symptoms
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

• Domylin MD is generally taken with a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset. There is no other specific food interaction established for this supplement.
