About E2V GEL 80 GM

  • E2V GEL 80 GM contains estradiol, a type of estrogen that belongs to the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) group. Estradiol in E2V GEL 80 GM is identical to the estradiol naturally produced by a woman's ovaries, making it a bioidentical hormone.
  • E2V GEL 80 GM is specifically designed to alleviate menopausal symptoms, particularly vaginal atrophy (dryness, itching, and irritation of the vagina) in post-menopausal women. By replenishing estrogen levels locally in the vagina, E2V GEL 80 GM helps to restore vaginal moisture and reduce discomfort associated with menopause.
  • Do not use E2V GEL 80 GM if you are allergic to estradiol or any of the other ingredients. It is contraindicated in women with known or suspected breast cancer, estrogen-dependent tumors, a history of blood clots (such as deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism), or unexplained vaginal bleeding. Using E2V GEL 80 GM with any of these conditions may cause them to worsen.
