About ELIGARD 7.5MG INJECTION

ELIGARD 7.5MG INJECTION contains Leuprolide acetate, a Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GnRH) agonist. This medication is primarily used in men to treat prostate cancer. It's also prescribed for hormone-responsive breast cancer, endometriosis (where uterine-lining-like tissue grows outside the uterus), and uterine fibroids (non-cancerous uterine growths) in women. Additionally, it addresses precocious puberty, an early onset of puberty in children caused by hormonal imbalances.
It is crucial to avoid ELIGARD 7.5MG INJECTION if you have a known allergy to Leuprolide acetate or any of its components, including Goserelin and Triptorelin.
