How EQOQ TABLET 10'S Works

• L-ergothioneine is a dietary thiol antioxidant taken up by cells, where it helps neutralise free radicals and supports the body's defence against everyday oxidative stress.
• Niacinamide is a precursor of the coenzymes NAD and NADP, which take part in normal energy metabolism and everyday cellular function. Together, the two ingredients provide antioxidant and vitamin B3 nutritional support. Neither acts as a targeted treatment for a specific disease.

These nutrients are generally well tolerated at supplemental amounts. Side effects are uncommon. Any persistent or bothersome effect should be reported to a doctor.

• Mild nausea or stomach upset
• Facial flushing or warmth
• Headache

• If you miss a dose of EQOQ TABLET 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for a missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, out of the reach of children and pets. Keep them at room temperature. Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the tablet with or after food if stomach upset occurs
• Take it at a consistent time each day
• Tell the doctor about any liver condition or regular medicines before starting
• Do not exceed the recommended amount
• Report persistent nausea, flushing or headache to a doctor if bothersome

• Eqoq can be taken with or without food, though taking it with food can help if it causes stomach upset.
• No specific alcohol interaction has been established, but general moderation is advisable while taking any supplement.
