  • ETOVEL 100 INJECTION is an anticancer drug containing Etoposide as its active ingredient. It belongs to a class of medications known as cytostatics, which work by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells. This medication is primarily used in adults to treat various types of cancers, including testicular cancer, small-cell lung cancer, acute myeloid leukemia (a type of blood cancer), tumors affecting the lymphatic system such as Hodgkin’s lymphoma and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and ovarian cancer.
  • Before starting ETOVEL 100 INJECTION, it's important to inform your doctor if you have previously undergone or are currently receiving radiotherapy or chemotherapy. Also, disclose any existing infections or if you have low levels of protein (albumin) in your blood. This injection is contraindicated if you have recently been vaccinated against yellow fever or received any other live vaccines.
