How EVECARE SYRUP 400 ML Works

• Ashoka is traditionally used in Ayurveda as a uterine tonic believed to help tone the uterine muscle and moderate menstrual flow, with traditionally described anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Lodhra is traditionally used alongside it for its astringent properties and to support uterine health.
• Dashamoola, a combination of ten traditional roots, is traditionally included for its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Shatavari is traditionally regarded as a reproductive tonic and adaptogen, while Punarnava is traditionally included to help ease fluid retention and pelvic discomfort. The scientific evidence for these individual mechanisms is limited compared with conventional pharmacology, though a published clinical study of this formulation has examined its effect on abnormal uterine bleeding.

Mild stomach upset, nausea, diarrhoea and headache are the most commonly reported effects with this and similar polyherbal formulations. Changes in menstrual flow have also been reported. An allergic reaction, such as skin rash, itching or hives, is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if breathing difficulty or facial swelling occurs.

• If you miss a dose of EveCare Syrup, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

• Store the bottle in its original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children and pets.

• Shake the bottle well and use the measuring cup provided for an accurate amount
• Take after meals to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Use consistently for the duration advised, since results are usually gradual
• Seek medical evaluation for heavy bleeding, severe pain, suspected pregnancy or if periods stop altogether
• Discontinue and seek medical advice if a rash, breathing difficulty or facial swelling occurs

• No specific food interaction has been established for this syrup. It is generally taken after meals to reduce the chance of stomach upset.
