How FERTISURE F TABLET 10'S Works

• Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol are involved in the way cells respond to insulin. In women with PCOS, insulin resistance is common and can disrupt ovulation; supporting insulin sensitivity with these compounds is thought to help restore more regular ovulation and support egg quality.
• Folic acid (as L-methylfolate, its active form) is needed for DNA synthesis and cell division, and is important for reducing the risk of neural tube defects when taken before and during early pregnancy. Vitamin D3 has receptors in reproductive tissue and is thought to play a supporting role in ovarian function, alongside its established roles in calcium absorption and bone health.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, bloating and headache are the most commonly reported effects, particularly when starting the supplement. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs. Changes in the menstrual cycle and breast tenderness have also been reported and should be discussed with a doctor if they persist.

• If you miss a dose of Fertisure F Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children. Do not use the tablets after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Take the tablet with a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Use consistently, since benefit for ovulation and cycle regularity can take some weeks to appear
• Avoid combining with other folate or multivitamin supplements without checking the total daily amount
• Tell the doctor about diabetes medicines before starting, given the inositol content
• Seek medical advice for persistent irregular cycles or difficulty conceiving
• Discuss the timing of use with a doctor if planning or in early pregnancy

• Fertisure F is generally taken with a meal to reduce the chance of stomach upset. There is no other specific food interaction established for this supplement.
