How FLORITA CAPSULE 10'S Works

• The seven bacterial strains in Florita colonise the gut lining and compete with harmful bacteria for space and nutrients, helping to limit their growth. Some strains also produce antimicrobial substances that directly inhibit harmful bacteria.
• By supporting a healthier balance of gut bacteria, these strains can help ease the bloating, gas and irregular bowel habits that occur when this balance is disrupted, such as after antibiotic use, and may support the gut's barrier function.

Nausea, stomach upset, bloating and gas are the most commonly reported effects, particularly when starting the supplement. An allergic reaction is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including hives, facial swelling or difficulty breathing. Severe abdominal pain, bloody stools or fever should be assessed by a doctor rather than managed with this supplement alone.

• If you miss a dose of FLORITA CAPSULE 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Store the capsules in their original pack, out of the reach of children and pets. Keep them at room temperature. Do not use the capsules after the expiry date printed on the pack.

• Swallow the capsule whole with water; do not crush or chew it
• If taking an antibiotic, space this supplement a few hours apart from it
• Maintain good hydration to support overall gut health
• Take it consistently, since probiotics work best with regular use
• Seek medical advice if diarrhoea is severe, bloody, or accompanied by high fever
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or with a weakened immune system

• Florita can be taken with or without food. Large amounts of dairy or calcium-rich foods around the same time may affect absorption and are best taken a couple of hours apart.
