• Do not use FML LIQUFILM DROPS 5 ML for longer than prescribed, as prolonged use may increase the risk of developing glaucoma or secondary eye infections. Glaucoma is a condition that damages the optic nerve and can lead to vision loss. Secondary infections can occur when the eye's natural defenses are weakened. Therefore, it is imperative to follow your doctor’s directions.
• To prevent contamination of the eye drops, avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface, including your eye or fingers. Contaminated eye drops can introduce bacteria or other harmful substances into the eye, potentially causing infection. Always ensure the dropper tip is clean before each use.
