Allergies
AllergiesDo not use FORACORT G SYNCHROBREATHE CFC-FREE INHALER 120 MD if you are allergic to it.
Foracort G Synch Breath CFC-Free Inhaler 120 MD is a combination medicine used to relieve symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and coughing.
It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and reducing inflammation, making it easier to breathe.
Common side effects may include sore throat, hoarseness, fungal infection in the mouth, headache, and cough. Rinse your mouth after each use to prevent fungal infections.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children.
Consult your doctor before using this inhaler if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. They can assess the potential risks and benefits.
If you accidentally take too much, contact your doctor or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include rapid heartbeat, tremors, and chest pain.
No, Foracort G Synch Breath is not a rescue inhaler and should not be used for sudden asthma attacks. You should use a separate 'rescue' inhaler (like albuterol) for immediate relief.
Certain medications can interact with Foracort G Synch Breath. Inform your doctor about all the medications you are currently taking, including prescription, over-the-counter medicines, and herbal supplements.
Clean your inhaler at least once a week. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning.
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose.
Do not stop using Foracort G Synch Breath without consulting your doctor, even if your symptoms improve. Stopping the medication suddenly can worsen your condition.
Foracort G Synch Breath is a combination inhaler containing a corticosteroid (to reduce inflammation) and a long-acting beta-agonist (to relax airway muscles). Other inhalers might only contain one of these components or have different medications altogether. Consult your doctor to see what kind of inhaler is best for you.
In some cases, inhaled corticosteroids may slightly increase blood sugar levels, especially in individuals with diabetes. If you have diabetes, monitor your blood sugar levels regularly and inform your doctor.
It is generally safe to consume alcohol in moderation while using Foracort G Synch Breath. However, excessive alcohol consumption can worsen respiratory symptoms, so it's best to limit your intake.
Foracort G Synch Breath CFC-Free Inhaler contains two active ingredients: Formoterol Fumarate and Budesonide. It also contains propellant HFA 134a.
