The common side effects of GAMMAREN 5GM/100ML INJECTION are rash, itching, wheezing, difficulty in breathing, swelling of the eyelids, face, lips, throat, or tongue, extremely low blood pressure with symptoms like dizziness, confusion, fainting, and a fast pulse.
