How GASEX TABLET 100'S Works

• Sunthi and Maricha are traditionally used as digestive stimulants that support the secretion of digestive enzymes and help move gas through the digestive tract, while Chitraka is traditionally used to support the digestive fire (agni) in Ayurveda.
• Vidanga has traditional antiflatulent and antimicrobial properties, Triphala is a traditional combination of three fruits used to support regular digestion, and the mineral preparations Cowrie Bhasma and Shankh Bhasma are traditionally used to help settle excess stomach acid. Prativisha and Guduchi are traditionally included for their soothing, digestive-supportive action. Together, these ingredients are intended to support the breakdown of food and reduce the gas and bloating that can follow a heavy or difficult-to-digest meal.

Mild nausea, stomach upset and loss of appetite are the most commonly reported effects. Diarrhoea or constipation have also been reported. An allergic reaction to any ingredient is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if it occurs, including a rash, itching or swelling.

• If you miss a dose of GASEX TABLET, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, below 25°C unless the pack states otherwise, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children.

• Take the tablet after meals, not on an empty stomach
• Swallow the tablet whole with water
• Identify and reduce dietary triggers of gas, such as beans, cabbage or carbonated drinks, alongside this tablet
• Stay well hydrated and stay upright for a while after eating
• Seek medical advice if digestive symptoms persist beyond a few days
• Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding

• Gasex is intended to be taken after meals to support digestion. There is no other specific food interaction established for this product.
