How GLOEYE TABLET 10'S Works

• Anthocyanins from bilberry and procyanidins from pine bark are antioxidants. They neutralise free radicals, unstable molecules that can damage cells, including cells in the retina and lens. Laboratory studies also suggest effects on small blood vessels.
• Whether these effects translate into measurable benefits for eyesight in people is not established.

Bilberry extract and Pycnogenol are generally well tolerated in studies. Mild stomach upset, nausea, dizziness and headache have been reported with pine bark extract. Allergic reactions such as rash, itching or swelling mean the tablets should be stopped.

• If you miss a dose of Gloeye Tablet 10'S, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

• Store the strip in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and follow the storage instruction printed on the current pack. Keep it out of the reach of children, and do not use it after the expiry date.

• Have regular eye check-ups, especially after age 40 or with diabetes
• Take screen breaks and look into the distance regularly
• Tell the doctor about blood thinners or diabetes medicines
• Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and coloured fruit
• Seek prompt care for sudden vision changes or eye pain

• No specific food interaction is known. A diet rich in green leafy vegetables, carrots, fruit and nuts supplies antioxidants that support eye health.
