How HP KIT TABLET 6'S Works

• Omeprazole inhibits the gastric proton pump and reduces acid secretion. Amoxicillin is a penicillin antibiotic that interferes with bacterial cell-wall synthesis in susceptible organisms. Tinidazole forms reactive compounds in susceptible anaerobic microorganisms, damaging their DNA. Together, the components are intended to reduce acid and treat H. pylori as part of an eradication plan. Effectiveness depends on organism susceptibility, appropriate selection and taking the regimen as prescribed. The medicines do not treat every cause of upper abdominal symptoms.

The combination may cause nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, altered taste or headache. Amoxicillin can cause rash and, rarely, serious allergic reactions. Tinidazole may cause metallic taste or dizziness. Omeprazole may cause headache or gastrointestinal effects. Severe rash, facial swelling, breathing difficulty, persistent severe diarrhoea or unusual neurological symptoms require prompt medical attention.
