About INBEC TABLET 30'S
- INBEC TABLET 30'S contains three main ingredients: Abacavir, Dolutegravir, and Lamivudine. These are medicines used to fight the HIV virus. Think of them as helpers that work together against the virus. Abacavir and Lamivudine are in a group called NRTIs. They work by blocking a key step the virus needs to copy itself. Dolutegravir is different; it's an integrase inhibitor (INI). It stops the virus from inserting its genetic material into your healthy cells. Together, these three medicines help reduce the amount of HIV in your body, which can improve your immune system and help you stay healthier. This medicine is for adults and children aged 12 years and older who weigh at least 40 kg and have HIV infection. It is not suitable for younger children.
- It's really important *not* to take INBEC TABLET 30'S if you have had an allergic reaction to Abacavir, Dolutegravir, Lamivudine, or any other ingredients in the tablet. Always tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, especially if you are using a medicine called fampridine (also known as dalfampridine), which is used for multiple sclerosis. Serious allergic reactions can happen with INBEC TABLET 30'S. If you notice any new skin rash, have difficulty breathing, your face or feet swell up, feel chest pain, or start coughing, contact your doctor right away. These could be signs of a serious reaction.
- Before starting INBEC TABLET 30'S, please tell your doctor if you have ever had liver problems, including Hepatitis B or C, or if you have kidney issues. This medicine needs to be used cautiously in these situations. Taking INBEC TABLET 30'S might slightly increase the chance of a heart attack. If you already have heart problems, smoke, or have conditions like high blood pressure or diabetes that raise your risk of heart disease, discuss this with your doctor. Also, report any new or worsening joint pain, stiffness, or other bone problems you experience while on this medication.
- Remember, taking your medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor is key to keeping the virus under control and managing your health long-term. Do not stop taking it without talking to your doctor first. While this medicine helps manage HIV, it does not cure it, and you may still be able to spread HIV to others. It's important to continue practicing safe behaviors. Common side effects can include feeling sick (nausea), headache, or diarrhea, but if these are severe or don't go away, tell your doctor.

This decision is based on several factors, including your specific medical condition being treated, your body weight, your age, and other aspects of your health history. It is crucial to always take INBEC TABLET 30'S exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
