About LASIX INJECTION 4 ML

  • LASIX INJECTION 4 ML contains the medicine Furosemide. This medicine belongs to a group called diuretics, often called 'water pills'. It helps your body get rid of extra water and salt through your urine. Doctors prescribe LASIX INJECTION 4 ML mainly to treat edema. Edema is when you have too much fluid built up in your body tissues, which can cause swelling, especially in your legs, ankles, and feet. This extra fluid buildup can happen because of problems with your heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver. By helping your kidneys remove this excess water, LASIX INJECTION 4 ML helps reduce swelling and makes breathing easier in some cases.
