How M2 TONE TABLET 30'S Works

• Ashoka bark, the principal ingredient by quantity, is traditionally used in Ayurveda as a uterine tonic believed to support the uterine lining and help moderate menstrual flow. Lodhra is traditionally used alongside it for similar uterine-toning and astringent properties.
• Shatavari is traditionally regarded as a reproductive tonic and adaptogen, while Jatamansi is traditionally included for its calming properties. The remaining ingredients, including several classical Ayurvedic mineral preparations (bhasmas) and other plant components, are combined according to traditional Ayurvedic formulation principles intended to support overall menstrual and reproductive health. The scientific evidence for these individual mechanisms is limited compared with conventional pharmacology.

Mild stomach upset, nausea and headache are the most commonly reported effects with this and similar polyherbal formulations. An allergic reaction, such as skin rash, itching or swelling, is uncommon but needs immediate medical attention if breathing difficulty or facial swelling occurs.

• If you forget to take a dose of M2 TONE Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

• Store the tablets in their original pack, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and out of the reach of children and pets.

• Take after meals with water to reduce the chance of stomach upset
• Use consistently for the duration advised, since results are usually gradual
• Seek medical evaluation for heavy bleeding, severe pain, suspected pregnancy or if periods stop altogether
• Tell the prescriber about chronic conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disease or bleeding disorders before starting
• Discontinue and seek medical advice if a rash, breathing difficulty or facial swelling occurs

• No specific food interaction has been established for this tablet. It is generally taken after meals to aid absorption and reduce the chance of stomach upset.
