The common side effects experienced by patients taking this medicine are constipation, diarrhoea and common allergic reactions.
Along with the regular consumption of the medicine, the patient should also avoid eating spicy or oily foods in addition to drinking plenty of water and following a fibre rich diet.
It is advisable not to immediately lie down after a meal to prevent acidity. While lying down, ensure that the head and chest is at a higher position than the stomach and waist for better results.
